1. spot price
The spot price is what an ounce of pure gold or silver is at that current moment.
2. karat
The Karat is the percentage of pure gold. for an example, 14K = %58.3 pure gold.
3. weight
Precious metals are weighed in "dwt" or "Penny weights." There are 20 Penny weights in 1 troy ounce. 1 Troy ounce is equal to 31.103 grams.
